Garfish has been at East Esplanade since 2006, overlooking Manly Harbour with a view across to the ferry wharf. The kitchen sources sustainably from Australian and New Zealand fisheries, with a daily blackboard built around whatever arrived that morning alongside a seasonal à la carte menu. The wood-fired oven sets it apart from the usual coastal seafood formula. SuGarfish, the adjoining bar, opens from midday under a covered harbour-facing deck. Private dining room available for groups.
