Open on Darley Road since 2013, DeVita is run by Neapolitans who take the provenance of their pizza seriously. The wood-fired oven was built in Naples using ancient stones from the Amalfi Coast, and the pizzaiolo is a fourth-generation maker. The menu moves between traditional and contemporary, with pasta and Southern Italian desserts alongside the pizzas.
