Your Christmas Tree, Awaiting, 01 - 26 December
For ocean view guests staying over Christmas, arrive to a live tree by the window, dressed by our VIP services team and filling the room with the scent of pine. With the ocean beyond, it’s a personal touch that makes the room feel like yours. Available from 1 to 26 December 2026, at $250 per tree. Secure your tree by the 23rd November 2026.

Carols at Golden Hour
19 - 25 Decemeber 2026, 5pm -7pm. No reservation required.
As the light turns to gold, live jazz drifts through 55 North and a glass is poured for you. There’s no program, only a daily ritual to drift down to, and an hour that becomes the heart of your stay.
Christmas Day Lunch at the Table
Friday 25 December. Two tables, one occasion.
Bistro Manly, 11:30pm - 1:00pm
A seafood lunch at the water’s edge, built around the best of Australian produce. West Australian rock lobster, an oyster bar of regional varieties and a sashimi bar of southern bluefin tuna sit alongside a carvery of slow-roasted classics. The afternoon closes with Christmas puddings, petit fours and a fromage selection.
Cibaria, 3:00pm - 6:30pm
An Italian Christmas in the Trattoria, with a sharing menu curated by Alessandro Pavoni and the Cibaria team, and the waterfront beyond. Leave the washing up to us, then carry the evening on at 55 North, open until 10pm.
