The Cove Rooms take their names from places along this stretch of coastline – Little Collins, Little Manly, Shelly Beach – and carry something of that spirit into every event held within them.
Each room stands well on its own: suited to smaller gatherings, focused sessions, or breakout conversations that benefit from a contained, private setting. When the occasion grows, the three spaces open into one – a single, cohesive environment for up to 120 guests, shaped by the same unhurried quality that defines each individual room.
Shelly Beach anchors the combined space, occupying half the total area, while Little Collins and Little Manly each contribute a quarter – a configuration that allows for parallel programming, tiered breakouts, or simply the right amount of room for what the day requires. Six layout options, from U-shape to banquet, mean the space takes the form of the event, not the other way around.
