There is something unhurried about Cibaria's Terrazza. Perhaps it is the Norfolk pines filtering the afternoon light. Perhaps it is the way the ocean holds its place on the horizon, constant and calm through every hour of the day. Or perhaps it is simply the Italian understanding that a good meal, shared with the right people, is reason enough to gather.
On Level 2 of Elysium Manly Pacific, two event spaces open to one another and to the view beyond – accommodating between 40 and 200 guests in a setting that moves easily between intimate and expansive, indoors and open air. The Terrazza adapts to the occasion without ever losing the particular warmth that defines it.
Alessandro Pavoni and his team of chefs bring the Italian coastal tradition to every event menu – plated dinners, roaming canapés, and shared table formats designed to draw people together rather than keep them at a distance. The food is the hospitality. The view is simply what happens to be there.
